What are the check-in and check-out times?
チェックイン・チェックアウトの時刻を教えてください。
Check-in : from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Check-out : by 10:00 AM
Check-in after 10:00 PM is also possible; however, we may not be able to assist with inquiries such as issues with your access password. Please be sure to check the password sent to you in advance.

チェックアウト : 10時まで
※22時以降もチェックイン可能ですが、パスワードが分からないなどの問い合わせには対応できない場合があります。事前にお送りするパスワードを必ずご確認ください。
Is early check-in / late check-out available?
アーリーチェックイン／レイトチェックアウトはできますか。
Early check-in may be available only if there is no reservation for the previous day. Please contact us from two days prior to your check-in date.
Late check-out is not available.
前日にご予約がない場合に限り、アーリーチェックインをお受けできる場合がございます。お手数ですが、チェックイン2日前以降にお問い合わせください。
レイトチェックアウトは承ることができかねます。
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
チェックイン前やチェックアウト後に荷物を預けることはできますか？
You can leave your luggage at the self-service storage space from 12 PM on the day of check-in until 12 PM on the day of check-out.
*The luggage storage space is located in the indoor common space.
*We are not responsible for any damage or loss of luggage.
チェックイン当日の12時から、チェックアウト当日の12時まで、セルフラゲッジスペースに荷物を置いていただけます。
※ラゲッジスペースは共用スペースにあります。
※荷物の破損・紛失について施設は一切の責任を負いかねますので、ご自身の責任においてご利用ください。
Is housekeeping service provided for guests staying multiple nights?
連泊で宿泊する場合、清掃はありますか？
Daily cleaning is not provided during your stay. For guests staying three nights or more, we are happy to assist with garbage disposal and the replacement of towels and roomwear upon request.
For washing clothes, please use the coin-operated laundry located about a five-minute walk away.

滞在中の清掃はございませんが、3泊以上ご宿泊の場合は、リクエストに応じてゴミの処分やタオル・ルームウェアの交換をさせていただきます。

Is parking available?
駐車場はありますか？
We do not have parking available on-site, so please use one of the nearby coin-operated parking lots. There are many parking options in the area.
当施設に駐車場はございませんので、近隣のコインパーキングをご利用ください。周辺には多数のパーキングがございます。
Is it possible to stay with children? Also, can you provide a baby crib or an extra bed?
子どもと一緒に宿泊できますか？ベビーベッドやエキストラベッドは用意できますか？
Up to two adults and two children under the age of six may stay together, with the children sharing the existing beds.
Please note that the room is equipped with two semi-double beds only, and we are unable to provide extra beds or baby cribs.
大人2名と、6歳までのお子様は添い寝で2名までお泊まりいただけます。
ただし、寝具はセミダブルベッド2台のみで、エキストラベッドやベビーベッドはご用意できかねます。
Is it possible to send luggage in advance?
事前に荷物を送ることはできますか？
As our property is operated without on-site staff, we are unable to accept luggage sent in advance.
当施設は無人運営のため、荷物の事前送付には対応いたしかねます。
Is smoking allowed?
タバコは吸えますか？
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the building. If smoking or cigarette butts are discovered in the building, a fine of 30,000 yen will be charged.
建物の内外は電子タバコを含めて完全禁煙です。館内での喫煙・吸殻の破棄が発覚した場合、罰金
30,000円を請求いたします。
